“Urbano software”, refers to software products developd by Studio ars d.o.o., Croatia
“we” and “us”, referes to Studio ars d.o.o., Croatia
“you” refers to website visitors, and entities facilitating the purchase on the E-store of the Urbano website

We sell Urbano software worldwide through multiple channels including direct sales, E-store and many local sales partners. Prices and conditions vary, so be sure to check with us before drawing definitive conclusions.

Product trial
In general, a free product trial is always available.
The trial version includes full product features.

Notice that Urbano software is sold in an “as is” state, as customary for software products, and stated in the EULA.
We strongly advise that you make at least a basic trial of Urbano software before any purchase.

Purchases
The Merchant and Seller of Record, for all Urbano software sold online through the E-store on the Urbano website, is FastSpring.
This is clearly indicated in the purchase offers as well as purchase confirmations and invoices generated on the Urbano website.
FastSpring is a global provider of e-comerce solutions, and you can get more details about them on their website https://fastspring.com/

We do not handle any payment information e.g. credit card data, and receive no funds directly from you. We have no direct information about payments, refunds, credit card rejections and similar occurances.

Please be advised that the Merchant and Seller of Record will handle any requests for W8 and W9 forms.
We strongly suggest that you get in touch with the Merchant and Seller of Record regarding payment processing and tax topics.

Upon purchase you will receive a license code to activate the software.
In case of any issues or questions, please get in touch.

Notice: a purchase from the E-store is not a direct purchase from Studio ars d.o.o., but a purchase from our partner, the Merchant and Seller of Record! The software you buy is the same, your usage rights are the same, technical support regarding Urbano software is rendered by Studio ars d.o.o. 

Urbano software installation
Upon purchase you will receive a link to download the software.
During installation you will have to agree to the EULA (End User License Agreement).
After installation you will need to insert the product license into the License Manager of Urbano software.

Refunds
For direct purchases from Studio ars d.o.o., you can request a refund within 14 days from the day of purchase.
For purchases from the E-store, you can request a refund from the Merchant and Seller of Record.
For purchases from our sales partners, please contact the respective sales partner.

Refund requests to Studio ars d.o.o.: After receipt of your request, we process refunds within 7 working days.
We provide refunds by paying back to your bank account. If your refund request is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your bank account.
You can request a refund by writing to our contact e-mail below. Please include your invoice ID and your Urbano software license LSN in your request.

Other refund requests: Our partners including our E-store might have other provisions regarding the time available to apply for a refund, the way you can be compensated, the way to facilitate the refund and what information is needed to process the refund.

In any case, if a refund is facilitated, the license tied to your purchase will be discontinued without warning.

Product change
You can also request that your product license be changed to another Urbano software product. We will carefully consider your request and suggest a solution if possible.
A typical example that we can facilitate is the exchange of an Urbano Canalis SLR license to an Urbano Hydra SLR license.

License renewal
Get in touch and we will help you with the renewal of your license.

Purchasing additional licenses
You are free to purchase as many licenses as needed. You are welcome to come back to our E-store at a later time to purchase additional licenses.

In any of these cases we do suggest that you also get in touch with us, as we might be able to provide favorable conditions.
